My favorite thing about Dr. Q is her unapologetic obsessiveness. This is exactly the personality type you want for a dentist. She wants to get everything just right and will keep you in that chair until she's done so. That is A-OK with me because she is invested in a flawless outcome. Really kind and soothing as well. She does a VERY good job of making the anesthetic injections comfortable - I'm not kidding! You barely feel the injection because she puts a topical numbing  solution on first.
